New Engine with Cel Shading!

This is the SDQuake Engine, but it doesn't default to the sdquake mod, just id1.
I was having problems with the other version, plus leilei mr-copyright-police (thanks leilei, seriously) said it violated various copyrights so I messed around with some qsg tuts and enhanced glquake and created version 0.92 of sdquake engine
colored lights
entities colored by dynamic lights
cel shading
smoke trails
LordHavoc's "dust"
gl glows
nothing terribly fancy, but it looks real good and is pretty stable. the earlier version doesn't have entity dynamic lighting, i'm not sure if that is quite what i want yet so i released both versions

- iirc, fmod dependency (license conflict here)
- Closed source (license conflict here)
- Thelma from Scooby Doo isn't gpl licensed. (license conflict here)
- lack of COPYING text file
So far that i've checked out, this new release has:
- Quake art for splash bmp (license conflict here)
- lack of COPYING text file
- the source isn't complete
- the source isn't in another castle/folder leaving a mess of source files on extraction

Hi hondobondo,
When I enable the "super cheat" (I think the model glows in blue light similar to quad damage) the arms and weapon model turn "dark".
Any ideas ?
Beside this: I like the celshading look !
