A modern day dungeon crawler? Seems interesting, that sword could be a little sharper and the animation is a bit stiff. Nice thought!

You guys should give more emphasis to the destructible environment aspect, I had to discover it by myself in the second video (linked from the first).
BTW, how are you creating the dungeons ? Prefabs ?
I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC :) (LordHavoc)

The dungeons are created from 512x512x256 models. The whole thing is tile based, and the room shapes are predefined in qc using these tiles. The generator works w/o using entities, it just saves the dungeon to chunk files as it generates and reads those files when it needs to look up info. So, this way there is no limitation on the dungeon size. ... well no known limitation.
