The best way to handle that kind of feature is to just have the game embedded in the browser. FTE is able to, through a plugin, load in firefox. I believe Spike was just recently working on IE support, not sure if Chrome works. The great thing about that is... you could just have a website with it a...

Quick update. I'm sort of getting to the point where any other gameplay features I need, I'll need to test with multiple players... guess it's time to begin work on the bots ;)

CocoT: Thanks!! It's an actual side on view. Gravity isn't altered at all, all the running is still done on the ground. The player is actually the camera, and what you control is a "pawn" entity. That is basically running player physics through qc. The physics and rotation are engine based...

Thanks guys! ceriux: Hadn't thought about allowing the HD version to run the SD graphics. Some people help, some don't. It's a fairly small community, so the amount of help is obviously a lot less. I help when I can. I haven't been back in the community that long, and I guess am kind of a lurker more than anything. I got the best answers chatting realtime in irc when I was learning stuff...
