Combining multiple strings into one string

How do I go about doing this without any engine stuff?

I don't think it's possible. All strings in QuakeC, AFAIK, are const and can't be modified, concatenated, etc.

The best you can do is the overloadable functions like centerprint and dprint. I was saddened to learn that the same trick doesn't work for stuffcmd and localcmd...

In case of the first, you could repeat what he said, instead of asking again. In case of the second, he said something like 'do it one character at a time'.
