This is just a copy and paste of the announcement I made on QuakeOne forums about the latest beta of my mod. It features my famous recipie for hand grenades!

For those of you who don't know, SuperCoop is a Quake mod designed to induce a state of psychopathic frenzy in it's players as part of a secret government project to take over the country. For those of you who wish to take part in this experiment SuperCoop offers up rapid and brutal action in coop, deathmatch and single player modes, with more dangerous and aggressive (not to mention respawning) monsters, retuned weaponry, new game modes and various other really cool stuff.
For those of you who have already begun the conditioning/desensitizing process the main advances in beta 3 are the addition of three new weapons:
Hand Grenades (throw them, stick them on to people, drop them down lift shafts. All good clean fun). The Blaster (to be found in the Enforcers back pack, a modest weapon, not to be underestimated). And the SurgiKit (which is obviously not technicaly a weapon but rather allows you to heal your teammates injuries, and your own. This item should be used with care!)
Other advances are alt-fire modes for many of the weapons (more will come in future releases).
And much, much more... For example Chthon with quad dammage(!)

awesome. I'll check it out. Have you gotten the frikbots to act more intelligently in co-op?

You could do that in DPMod... stick like 30 nail grenades on your coop buddy and have him blow up a bunch of tough monsters (then you can just kill each other to collect backpacks with the magic of Quake coop)
