I've been working on quite a few things in the last months. First a totally new SP (for now) mod which I'm going to unveil soon (if only via screenshots), then one little hot-seat MP mini-mod which uses Gyro and should be fun.
I'm actually (sloooowly) working on a full re-design of my website and was planning to give more info on those (and some more mod ideas) once that is done.
I haven't worked much on Infra-Red at all, but I do plan to not let it die :)
What about you, Frik?

Hmm, I think I know her, Cheapy. She worked at a club called Pure Platinum a few years back and she could make lockets out of cherry stems with her tongue (not having arms your other appendiges aquire hightened abilaties).

I'm trying to get out of school without everybody killing me...

It will be interesting to see a redesigned Neurotic Conversions. :)

I remember when it was my first stop for mod news.

You'll probably all hate me for this, but I'm attempting an almost total conversion of Quake to Half-Life 2 with a Tcl/Tk script starting with the dm maps. Most textures will probably be from the Quake retexturing project.

I'll also be doing some qc coding for a futuristic mod.

So what are you allowed to do with the released maps? It's a gpl license so I can distribute and modify them. That's all I'm doing isn't it?

Well whoever was doing the mod must have been refusing to release either the vmfs or whatever program they were using to do the conversion. As long as everything I use to do the conversion is released under the GPL, they can't C&D unless there is something I'm missing.
