Does this require a special light file for each map like Quake2Evolved's PPL implementation did, or will it work with any Q2 map out there?

Yes, i'm use special re-light file. w/o this file i'm render only dymamic lights-shadows. But i'm don't kill lightmaps (also i'm use this for ambient lighting) and we can play on no relighted maps w/o any problems :D

if i use internal fxaa shader, shadows look like soft
