I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Though I don't know what you mean by "that aren't player model hacks". To do a vehicle, basically any vehicle, you can't use the player entity directly because of orientation issues. Thus Quake Rally and any mod with vehicles (Star Wars Dogfighter counts) must use another surrogate entity to represent the player. So in that sense, they're not player model hacks. The only other sense I can think of is if you mean that they're based on player.mdl, which is a silly suggestion.

I think he means that QuakeRally/etc. uses just different looking player models (scrunchy cars) with the same old bounding box, rather than a proper oriented collision doohickey and gooder physics.

Did/Airquake has proper vehicles. Theres a few hacks, and the collision is very simple, but works lovelly.
Theres all the zimbillions mods about remote cams on rockets. Is a simple hack, and is fun. Do you want something complex or unfunny?

Okay Aircraft and QTank are player model hacks.
QuakeRally, AirQuake, DiD, Star Wars Dogfighter, etc don't.

I don't know why you'd want to in Star Wars Dogfighter or QuakeRally :p

If is not implemented, you can implement that. Seems easy job, but boring.

Well in QuakeRally I could be fun to go rocket launch on foot vs weapon on car...

That was Spike. It was actually a pretty cool mod (played it with him once).

GNO (Good Night Out).
I guess you could call them 'proper'... but there are still a lot of hacks! :p
