Team Selection: Engine + QC Idea for R00k

1. Use the scr_autoid code from FTEQW like I did for ProQuake.

Players names are displayed overhead.

2. Team captains take turn. They shoot the player they want with a shotgun, the QuakeC changes that player to the shooter's color.

When no white players remain, the match begins.

Alternatively, if both captains fire the rocket launcher the match begins (like if 10 players are present for an 8 player game or if not everyone wants to play).

Team selection could be painless and fast. You could also make it so a player hit by the axe from the team captain is frozen for 30 seconds (+pushed back a bit) so some annoying player couldn't repeatedly get in the way or otherwise interfere with team selection.
