i would like to add progs.dat of frikbot into the pak0.pak, and in this way, I don't need to input args -game frikbot for my dedicated server, do you think it reasonable?

Yes. But can be cheaty. If you have a lan and use frikbot features to gain something.

You can try, too, simple copy the progs.dat onto the id1 folder. That may work.
