Interesting. I like the effect when you charge the weapon way up and fire. The style is pretty different too. Looks like you're off to a good start. 8)

Hehe, cool.

The music is fun. Ridiculously fast-paced, keeps fading into different songs, and often sounds like two tracks played overtop of each other. It seems like a good inspiration for a crazy mod with style.

No Half-Life textures. All graphical content are done by me, except the Quake font, crosshair and the window borders. The textures are from some abandoned project I was doing some year ago, but I think I can use some of them in this project.

lei: ever looked at a project without your judgmental eye of potentially borrowed content?

Urre; well to give him credit, even if he was fine with borrowing... HL textures are hideous....

Awesome shit mate! Keep it going! Now this is the kind of creativity and production value I want to see more of in the Quake community, an actual Game in the making, not based on Quake assets, and seems to be very consistent in style (*important*).

Yee, great thank you :)

I stayed up to 9am to get it done into that state last night... I've about inverted my sleeping rhythm while doing this project...

I have one of those, never used it. Runs on AA batteries, didn't think it had much gusto. (It was a gift)
