Searching a QuakeC Coder for a PSP Homebrew

Post by Syncing »

Hi,

at first thx for creating a website like this, the tutorials and the threads here are very helpful.
I and a friend work now for a few of months on a little PSP Homebrew Project.
But we are only good in things like GFX or 3D-Models, not in coding.
So we search a good coder with experience.

if there is anyone who is interested, please send a E-mail to my adress: xsyncingx(at)yahoo.de

or add me in skype: xsyncingx

We got the most things like menu graphics ready, but we can't code -.- this is not our element.

Thank you for reading

greeting Sync

PS: Coding QuakeC on PSP is the same like on a computer, I tried it.

Hey, you might have more luck if you present your already existing work. Otherwise most people will probably just think "oh, another psp quake mod that will never get released" and ignore it.

Ok, good Idea.
I show some Screen in the next days.

Edit:

I take 4 Screens of some of the weapons:

(Sry 'bout the quality but it was late and I'm lazy so I took the Renders with Quick3D, Ingamescreens are following)

1. M9 Probis III Knife

2. M16A2

3. Bizon

4. FAMAS

5. M9 Probis IIIKnife in CSPortable (v.79)

6. Smith M24

7. Type 95

It's CSPortable 0.79, 0.79a got a better outcome, but I got no Screen of it.

All the modelz work in CSPortable, so they work with the Quake Engine.

I don't want betray to much, but the game shoult look a bit like Battlefield 2.
This Thread is no joke, my partner and me worked a lot on it, but we startet at zero:
We must find out how to animate the models, convert them into .mdl aso... (thx to MDave for your useful tips)

The MenuGFX has my partner and its 12 o'clock...

We really need a coder, so pls, if you are interested, look at the main post ;)

PS: I can upload the models if you want, but I'm terrible in making animations, they look like the guy lost his mag -.-
