About what you said baker, if I did have the source of my engine, and I knew where the heck my engine coder ran off to months ago, I would let you check out all the features of dquake, and try to add them into your engine.

You have done a great job on your own engine by the way :)

I always liked the original TF, but never played with anyone. This might be my chance.

waitt, why would you want 3rd person weapon models in anything but multiplayer, unless you can physicly see yourself in a mirror or something?

I know it Is different, but lets say in multiplayer you are playing with someone, they look at you, and you have a gun above the player's head in 3rd person, the W_model, but it looks all ok in first person.
If you move it down to the player model's hands(still 3rd person), then it will be in front ...

My friend coded in crouching in winquake, it worked perfectly, atleast I think it did. Now that I think of it, im not sure if it actually made the body crouch

I have seen his game and his page, he doesnt look too organized/ knows what he is going todo. I have talked to him on moddb suggested to him that he thinks out his game, finds a team, and be more grown up about how he approaches his game- he doesn't speak with periods, and when he sends me big text ...
