@dresk: One last idea on the chaingun model: Why not taking the "machinegun" model of openarena ? It´s some kind of minigun, IMO pretty high res and available for free. Have a look at this mod video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdhHAIellog @leileilol: I fully agree with you on this one....

Yay, looks cool... I like to see the striker hover turret in action :) Can we expect frag machines maps included in the next update ? Will colored lightning work with the updated sdquake engine ? BTW: The new "metal" textures for the rocket shotgun look much better than the previous green ...
