i haven't inspected the pics or the video but it could be that there are 2 or more triangles in the model that are in the same locations, which can cause wierd things to happen. Be sure to inspect the model in a modeling program like max and make sure there arent multiple vertices and faces ...

need any new models for this?

lookin great madfox! im curious to see a tutorial on animating and getting those baddies in game if you ever have the time. I know preach made a tutorial on animating but that involves using md3s, maybe you are using a different method? thanks.

I modeled a shoe and made a map of of the place where that reporter threw a shoe at George Bush. Anyone want them to make a mini mod? I don't know how to go about making it into a throw-able weapon and making it so the grunts don't run around. Let me know if you want to team up!
