Why not have cursor movement frames and such? i.e. weaponframe 4 points to choice 4 on the weaponmodel menu model, etc.....

I know it's a bit hacky but it's visual at least, and if lighting's a problem, you could use _luma.tga's

Pendinas: A mod I haven't worked on in a while, an attempt at using a lot of engine features to produce serenity. You're a soldier in a functioning town (all the NPCs have complex need based ai and waypoint routing), there's a load of minigames and puzzles to solve. Somewhat like Myst in a few ways...
