Hello and happy new year,
We've just finished our fourth RMQ demo after a rather protracted development cycle that involved more than a few teething issues. Suffice it to say that we are back, we're ticking off more and more completed maps in our list, our QC is still in one piece and our engine is shinier than ever. :)
As a thank you to everyone who has waited so patiently, SP Demo #3 contains four new maps:
* RickyT23's sprawling take on E2M1
And further evidence of ijed's mastery of idmetal in the form of the first three maps of E3:
* A much more complete version of E3M1 with more than a few surprises in store
* The newly renovated Vaults of Zin - please mind the magma pools
* And the mustiest, rustiest E3M3 ever yet

I'd also like to thank Mr. Gordon / Icculus for allowing us the privilege of his hosting. Considering that our profits from RMQ have always been in the negatives and the people in the 'throwing money at us' category have always numbered in the zeroes, we're all very grateful to have a new home at http://icculus.org/remakequake/.
Finally, in addition to our development journal, you can now keep track of RMQ news at our brand new io-powered RMQ forum. Come in and say hi sometime, we don't bite. Much. :)

pretty amazing! the maps could use some polish in places (and I'm certain will get it) inspired me to learn mapping, sneaking files out of your svn and trying to set up radiant as I type this!
