im working with the Quake 2 engine and was wondering how would i implement ogg vorbis suport? i know i can i just need a tutorial of some sort!!!
Another thing is how would i get better looking particle effects in OpenGL default render another tutorial would be apreciated.
finally vsync how would i go about doing it with hi-ress i think the Q2 engine needs it.

i think some of the quake2 ports at QuakeDev might have what your looking for.
