A few days ago, Stanford University released their iOS 5 development (iPhone, iPad, etc.) course lecture videos on iTunes.

You kind of have to have a Mac to be able to take full advantage of any of that (not to watch the videos, but to use XCode or develop anything for an iPhone or iPad you have to have an Intel Mac, which all of the Macs within the last 3-4 years are).
