I can't find it anywhere. The xreal site is down.

I think the focus changed to "buggy CC-licensed OpenArena killer with slow glsl shaders that don't even function on AMD hardware" now, so don't expect a pure engine or anything like that. Forget about the Phoronix hype about it - stick to Darkplaces, Cube2 or Qfusion if you want to make shiny new games.
