Just for fun. What enemies are "MIA"

Seriously, what enemies have you always wanted to see in Quake, even the ridiculous ones you come up with in your head as "awesome" but later realize are pretty lame. 
The idea is to bounce ideas around and maybe come up with something interesting to add for modders game play wise.
I always wanted to see a character that had no purpose other then to freak you out. Basically a random guy hiding around corners who, when turning them yells "don't shoot!!!" of course you do, but it was always a funny concept that is actually pretty lame game play wise. Just nostalgia from the arcade gun game era.
