QED Editor

Post by redrum »

I've been using an old CD of QED lite to build maps. It has too many limitations. Does anyone know where I can get the full version? Thanks.

Tried other map editors? If you want an editor similar to QED, try GTKRadiant (it's based on Q3Radiant, which in turn was based on QED).

I personally recommend BSP, but then again I'm weird and it's not really a popular editor :P

/me makes a noise that sounds suspiciously like "worldcraft"

Worldcraft mind you, and NOT Hammer.

LOL, I remember using QED. It was the first editor that got me away from the traumatic experience known as Deathmatch Maker.

One of the tutorials included had something like "Grab another slice of jalapeno pizza and take a swig of Mountain Dew while the map compiles" or something. Ahh, memories.

Anyways, yeah -- get Radiant, stat.
