Speed Project Sign-Up

Post by Error »

If you are interested in participating in this upcoming event, please respond here telling what area you'd like to participate in.

Later, if the day/time area that it's in doesn't work for you, you can be taken off the list.

Thank you.

I'll join!

Mostly a coder, but I can pass as a mapper or modeller if numbers are short.

Count me in. I'm best at coding, but can also do some low level mapping (i.e. see last qexpo for "Vertically Disinclined" for an example) and weapon modelling in a pinch if need be.

I'm in, so long as schedules work out, as usual. I can do some coding and some mapping, so I might work on two projects (wouldn't be fun by myself, ya know).

I can't really commit to this until I know when it will actually run, but I strongly desire to participate, for what it's worth.

I'll map!

I'd love to do some mapping. I'm really good at spitting out quick and good map layouts so these speed things are fun to me :)

As long as it's happening in december, I'll do modelling for this. I can also offer model conversion services for the duration. If you can make 3d models but can't get them into quake .mdl format, send them to me in some other reasonably portable format(like MD2, MD3, Half-Life MDL/SMD or 3ds, dxf, lwo for example). I'll try to have a 1 day turn around on anything I'm sent, but warning me beforehand that you're gonna need conversions during the week would be wise. Hopefully that should be enough to get us a modeller turnout closer to the coder/mapper count.
