Tutor Bot Download And Fixing AI Cafe

Hello.
As we all know recently 13 years of gameing history got flushed down the drain.
While some of it was saved such as AI Cafe, it wasn't completely saved.
The Tutor Bot download wasn't saved and I have lost my copy of it recently when my backup hard drive for Quake had somehow gotten a static charge and it died.
So does anyone have a link to it?
Also, AI Cafe still has the errors in the site such as wrong slashes and bad links.
Who would I contact about that?
I would be fully willing to go through and fix it so it is fully functional.
