dosquake's MPATH driver

Postby szo » Thu Mar 03, 2011 8:11 pm

Anyone knows any details about the MPATH (mplayer??) udp driver?
I know that it wraps around win95 winsock but is it open source in
any way? (There was even a bugfix for it, ie an updated quakeudp.dll
available from QIP to fix a segfault; don't know its actual origin..)

BTW, someone tried (and apparently had some success) with using
WatTCP for dosquake [1], so I want to try that option in hexen2 and
maybe ditch the MPATH thing..
