Well if you have no Knowledge about the engine, then you won't understand it at all, thus you will continue to question.
Yes, it may help beginners, but the last thing new people do is use the search bar.
My advice: Go into the engine, and look how time based things go, like the time banner. Then take how it did time, and use it in the DrawAlphaPic function to decrease the alpha as time goes up.

Prepare yourself for some irony.
[psp] How to see if a button was pressed twice?
[psp] How Do I make a .lmp Fade out? <- Hmm..
The Write functions?
surfaces for different sound effect/sprites?
SPR32 for psp?
psp Quake Custom Palete?
Not allowing certain Console Commands?
Moving a box?
Kinda offtopic but serious CHONCHAR help
Japaneese ConChars?
Isometric camera
Is some of the functions in quake pc, in quake psp?(hlbsp)
Is it possible to use an int in qc?
How to make a .lmp file play multiple frames?
How to check an area
How far does vis see?
Can't be arsed to format the rest.
So please. Stop insulting other people, let them ask questions, because you've filled this forum more garbage than anyone else and you have no right to insult them. Or give them advice.

Wow, thnx 4 da tutorials/ stickin up 4 me! And dnt blame him too much. Im crap at quakec and source code but im real gd at model and map making. B4 i used to make counterstrike maps and on a cs forum noobs pissed me off with questions such as 'what's a leak' nd 'how do i place spawn points.'
4 everyone at inside3d thats faced with an irritating noob question, ask urself 'when i started out, did i need help on something like this?' instead of bashing noobs, just help us. Everyone was a noob at some point, as downsider just proved.

Everyone was a newbie once and it is great that you have questions and want to learn new stuff.
Just remember it is a good idea to pace yourself and go for one thing at a time and "grow into it".

You know ... Downsider helped the guy out with links. Good reason? Bad reason? Who cares?
I've helped people for "bad reasons" before. I've also at times told people they need to learn more only for the next poster to nullify my post with helpful stuff.
Everyone is human, but at the end of the day this IS a help forum, right?
