Engine X Version 4.66

1. MH D3D Wrapper: Bumped max TMUs to 8. glGetIntegerv reports
GL_MAX_TEXTURE_UNITS_ARB in wrapper
2. qboolean ---> qbool
3. Making sound component modular (mostly).
4. Implement changes to "improve" DirectSound code appearance (DP).
4. Pulling global cvar registry in (but only for sound).
5. Strip CD support, replace with MP3 support.
6. Integrate and activate the MP3 component.
7. Within project isolated external headers (fmod, png, jpeg, etc.)
8. Update registry entry writing to the pure C version.
9. Modify registry.c to be game agnostic
10. Compile with no errors or warning (admittedly unreferenced warning is off)
11. Project source code *should* compile with the project alone (verify)
12. Thin out unused files. (Software, etc.)

Adding in the wacky stuff comes a bit later. Gotta lay some high quality concrete before going crazy.
