If someone were to combine MauveBib's Sagdoll mod and Chris' Construct mod, you'd have just that, basically.

problem is, most TTS libraries are non-Free, and are GPL incompatible.


And the few GPL ones don't have support for Windows. :( Yeah, I know. I already researched about this. Still, it would be a really cool feature.


On Windows use SAPI.


It was my first idea, but then I realized that would be a PITA to get other voices besides the standard.
I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC :) (LordHavoc)
