Im getting desperate, as i planned on releasing a playable version of my mod with models that have proper good textures. But anyway, does the animation follow when you use md3?

Alright guys, i hope someone reads this! So before when i chose the shader path in my blender exporter, i used backslashes(it was the default) but now i use forwars slashes. So i had f:/modding/ak.jpg as my shader path and now when i put it in my game, the model has a checkerd pattern, wich it didnt have bfore, before it was just plain grey. So succes i guess? now when i check the console it says it cant find f:/modding/ak.jpgMaterial so what i did is went into an md3 compiler and altered the path so it was just ak.jpg and exported it following this tutorial:http://www.tabun.nl/tutorials/md3skinpath_tutorial/
Still cant get it to work, it still shows as f:/modding/ak.jpgMaterial so how do i get rid of the material part of it?

put the texture in your prog's directory... then change the path to it.
