MP Only QC

Postby DusterdooSmock » Tue Sep 14, 2010 10:27 pm

Is it possible to take the mp only qc from the getting started section, and make it so there is still a singleplayer mode, but only with the "soldier" monster and no other monsters, just that one?

Thanks, but what i need is something similar to that, but with only the "soldier" monster. Or, at least some help on modifying the "mponlyqc" to have just that one monster.

So... You don't want to do ANY work on your project at all but want it to be done.

Good luck with that.

No, you don't get it. I've already coded lots of stufff by myself, but im asking if there's a way to add the soldier monster into my mod.

best way could be that you take normal qc files. and just delete every other monsters code. I did it. took just 5 mins for me.

(you can start by deleting every other monsters qc file. then check for errors)

or just copy over the relative code into your mod, just the ai and animations and maybe some tweaking in the combat code..
