Game rounds?

Is it possible to make rounds in game? Something like counter-strike. And if it possible, how can I do that?

Yes of course. Check out the source code of mods like Clan Arena, Rocket Arena etc.

I have tried to search in google by typing " Clan arena" and "rocket Arena" with "quake 1". Nothing. Thanks for good words in a search.

qc is very specific to quake 1, so it's a good word for searches.
