[source dump] Hellsmash Source + CSQC

Been meaning to put this up, it will be updated when I feel its necessary.

SSQC is included in order to show how some things interact with the CSQC.

CSQC Features:
HUD - GFX Scaling and location. Also drawfill bars. Note that scaling is ONLY performed above 640x480, not below. For best results, use vid_conautoscale 1.
CSQC Punchangle stuffs

TODO:
Multiplayer ranking stuffs
Doom3-style location names
AIDA PDA (Doom3-esque PDA!)
CSQC PDA-based key / mousebutton configuration stuffs

Next source dump depends on how much time I have to work on it. Hopefully sometime this month.

Next mod version release is somewhat further out, CSQC work is currently taking priority.
