Droid model for Baker.

Finally... i got around to finishing this up been real busy in RL. but i am 99% done with it. i want to try and set up an animated texture for the energy ring on it, as you can see i already have it in qme and textured!


well here it is. im posting it here for anyone. its nothing special but it is finished. thank baker for making a request for a droid!

"the model is free to use under the GPL" - i was asked to add this. im not sure exactly what it means but im sure its needed.

Thanks for the model. I need a monster that effectively poses the same strategic challenges as a scrag.

I asked about mentioning the GPL (Wikipedia) because when I use it, I just wanted clarity that it could be used under that license.

(Not that I have made too many things of general interest, but I open source all of them generally [GPL if possible or the vague "do whatever" when not] and that mod will be GPL if it ever gets completed):

lol its not a problem =) i just dont know what the licence agreements actually entitle.

General Public License in one sentence or less:

Anyone can take my stuff and modify it or do whatever; if they do then whatever they do with it must be available for others do that as well.

[The Quake engine, Nexuiz, Open Arena, the id map sources released by Romero, the utlities released by Carmack, Linux, WinMerge and a ton of other stuff use the GPL as the license. And probably about 2/3 of the mods made in this forum like AI Squad and such].
