My Quake guy's evil twin :).

I like the cyberpunk look you got going with the boots. I'm going for a more formal military look. What software are you using? I'm using a combo of Lightwave 3d (Modeling), Poser Pro (animation), Milkshape 3D (rigging and tweaking) and Photoshop (naturaly) .

I'm not sure in what format I'll release the finished model in, because there isnt really functional art pipeline for Quake 1 in Lightwave 3d, nor Max & Milkshape. I'll probably release it as a combo .DPM (Darkplaces) and .MDL (Half Life) model.

I use 3ds Max 10 (modeling), Lith Unwrap (uv mapping), milkshape (rigging and animation) , quark mixed with milkshape to get it in which ever format i want. also use some qme :D

The legs look so thin that it makes me think he's like the guys in Robin Hood: Men in Tights.. So beef them up ;)

Looks better in the drawing.

Beefing up the legs will require redoing a lot of the model.
I dont know if I should just start from scratch again.

id start from scratch again, try and follow your concept a lil closer. the concept looks cooler to me lol. (might wanna try n make up a side view too. it helps when modeling)

Yeah, I'll probably do that. To be honest, I did make this model in 1 day, so I guess it worked as a first draft.
