I3D front page

Well it isn't only the front page I'm talking about here, but it'd be cool if someone could clean up the links and add some new ones. For example it'd be nice to have a link to the new wiki, not having to search for it in the forums. Also some links have gone dead.

Added shub-hub, pointed Quake Wiki to the one Sajt hosts on Quakedev. Removed faqtion, Quake Archive, and QuakeSRC since they're down.

Got any recommendations?
