The Hunted
Hi I suppose I just wanted to show some stuff I am working on using the Darkplaces engine. I have been working on The Hunted Chronicles which is a singleplayer game to tie up the last two I made under the same name. I suppose I just felt like there wasn't a whole lot of videos about and if its okay will just drop some stuff I'm working on here.
This here is the latest video I made just showing an inventory akin to SS2 or Arx Fatalis in use with some of the items and search able objects / corpses.

This is a small tangent I did when bored attempting to recreate that whole dutch angles kind of thing seen in games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. It also has camera lock on axis allowing for side scroller. top down, and isometric views. I suppose it wont make the cut since The Hunted is a first person game but it may be used for cutscenes later on.

I suppose that is it for now and may update this thread later on granted anyone is interested. Code wise I take advantage of abusing clientside QC for both of those videos, and if you need help on using csqc I could be of some service. Thanks for reading this through.

Funny to see the Nexuiz laser effect, shouldn't you have removed that before posting a video? Otherwise neat. Love how the arm moves with the mouse and stuff, even though I didn't see the point. At first I guessed it was supposed to aim where you pointed, but was bugged and inverted, but I doubt you would show that.
