Problem with FTE

Problem with FTE

First off, when I connect to a server or start my own it takes too long to load the game!
Second, the sounds are badly syncronized.
How can I fix that?

EDIT: I figured out how to make the engine load maps faster, but I still didn't figured out what's wrong with sound...

fs_cache 1 will speed up map loading a little bit.
_snd_mixahead 0.02 will reduce sound latency a little.

Oh yeah, I made that skin, I haven't downloaded it.

Just save the picture below, and import to your player model, it's a bitmap.
