Buzz Lightyear Quake Skin

I'm on a quest to find this skin. I found a tiny version on a site by a guy named SkaBuddy, aka James Kennison, way back in '98. Anyway, if anyone can't point me to a better link or e-mail me the file, I'd be greatly grateful.

I can't find a full version of the Buzz Lightyear skin, but I found a couple of James Kennison's websites.
