quakesrc.org
Anyone managed to access it ? Since friday I'm trying, but no success. It had a lot of hiccups in the past, but never got offline for so long from what I remember... 
I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC

um.. Quakesrc...
Quakesrc is fine.. its Inside3d.com that isn't 100% working, except for the forums...
