Anybody up for a speed modding contest?

I was hoping someone (possibly FrikaC) would host it, and we could all send in some pretty fun mods :D

I think it would be pretty fun

Could FrikaC? Sure, and while he's at it, can he spend two weeks designing a web site for it?

This reminds me of that Simpsons episode where they open a casino in town.

At the town meeting they've all had their say, and the last thing everyone does is mutter "Marge Simpson!" and turn to look at her.

So uhh, FrikaC?

I'm sure Entar would agree to do the web design, seeing as it's his idea.

A good place to start. Enjoy.

With regard to web hosting, there are plenty of places where you can stick stuff. And lots of different web concepts on how to set stuff up.

Entar could even set up a web ring from his current site. Get participants to register in advance and set up a web-ring between subpages of thier websites. Use frames and stuff and it'll all be a dodle.

Another option can be wiki.

A wiki its easy to edit, and even participant can add himself.

Err, have you SEEN my website?! I don't think you want me setting up the website - I'd be happy to put a link on there though...

But, as I said before...

It would be a cool idea, but someone has to run it, and since the one I run last year was a bit of a disaster, it ain't gonna be me!

bagsy, shotgun, tax etc not me

I had a speed mod site a few years back (the site was a bit of a speed job itself) but then my login at condemned expired. It's still up if you want to look through the older speed mods. http://qld.condemned.com/speedmod/
