I'd go for the lightning gun because I played the demo stupid amounts before actually buying the game which made it a nice little treat. I still love it now. Plus the old suicide under water trick in deathmatch makes me larf

I'd like to add an observation: altough the SNG+quad combo is my preferred weapon (because this combo gives me the ability to quickly gib anything in my way, without the RL recoiling time), during DM my primary target will be always the RL, for obvious reasons. People should take this in consideration when answering the poll.

frag.machine - what is interesting is playing all shaft. another one is a no explosives, no shaft, no quad match. every encounter is a battle, not a quick kill - unless theyre standing still and youve got the sng.
