My fellow Quakers...

Post by Error »

I've recently gone through some major life changes/problems. Due to this, I've been forced to move to somewhere that doesn't have Internet access. I've been steady modding in my boredom, and hope I'll return one day soon and contribute more to this amazing community. I currently don't have any clue what's to become of slipgateconstruct.com, so I recommend you backup anything you can. I wish I could say more but time doesn't permit currently.

Sincerely,
Gerrad "Error" Hall

Ouch Error :S been through some tough times myself so when things get nasty you can atleast allways rely on the fact that from there it can only go forward :)
Best wishes m8 and hope to see you back soon.

Losing the distraction of internet can be a blessing in some ways when working on a project. But hopefully you're not too far from a McDonald's with wifi.
Best wishes to you for a future full of broadband.

Error, please make sure you backup the dpwiki well. I already send someone to do a https://code.google.com/p/wikiteam/ dump but keeping the SQL would be better of course.

All the best to you. To be honest, I somehow envy your lack of internet. I often lack the self-control.

Good luck buddy, hope things get better for you soon.
I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC :) (LordHavoc)

Thank you, everyone... It's been some rough times recently. I set up the 3G on my iPad, so I have limited internet now.

Dave: sadly I do not anymore... Feel free to private message me it sometime.

Sad news, Error! I hope everything falls into place and you get better soon.
The good news about the Q1 community and its modding projects, is that they stopped being time-sensitive a long time ago - so I hope you'll eventually find some time in a not too distant future to have some fun again with modding and will share your experiences with us! Good luck! :)
