Corpse Party Spoilers?

Hello Inside3d'ers
i was recently playing Corpse Party for PSP, but i get scared very easilly with the events of that game. So i kinda deleted it.
I guess i wont play it anymore, however the story was getting catchy, the characters too. I finished chapter 1 before i gave up, reasons? while trying to escape that black mist monser i saw that thing on the wall "how to cut someone's tonge" WTF. Second, Naomi died i hate when the cute girl dies. Well, i wont be playing anymore, so if anyone played through the whole game, please tell me. Who dies? who is responsible for these atrocities against the students? who cutted off their tonges? Who is that woman we see when the black mist thing kills us? does she have anything to do with this? Do the characters escape that godsforsaken school? do you destroy that school? do you free the poor students' spirits?
Also, the way you play affects who dies? when naomi was on that rope, tried to cut the rope by interacting with her twice before i got the bucket.
Please give me details, but, not much details. Really.

i have custom firmware... so i simply used a iso file
