Rumor: Doom 4 "indefinitely postponed"

I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC :) (LordHavoc)

Its already been dismissed by someone from id and Bethesda on Twitter, it was something along the lines of "all our games are done when they're done, Doom 4 is not temporarily or permanently delayed" It also seems really unlikely because Rage has been a critical success and has sold loads; initial pc problems notwithstanding.

Unconfirmed news. In other words, fabricated?
Well done kotaku, more bs for the net.

"Complete bollocks" was I believe the term used.
We had the power, we had the space, we had a sense of time and place
We knew the words, we knew the score, we knew what we were fighting for

The internet would be a better place without pay-per-view advertising. Gawker media writers are paid per view for their articles (iirc!) so they benefit from stirring up things.

For gaming news I recommend http://www.rockpapershotgun.com and even if it will make your eyes bleed http://www.bluesnews.com/ (stay faithful ;) ).

I noticed an increase in this trend over the years which is a shame since many critics bash perfectly enjoyable games because there not 100% in line with what they think is the public opinion :( .

Fortunatly i reserve my thoughts about these untill i have tried them and to further put insult to jury i actually was genuinly bored to death with most of there recommended titles, while i actually enjoyed titles which was given the thumbs down because they where not in line with what is usually the thing and dared to differ :).
