An old unfinished mod for the good of the community

I have an old, unfinished mod that I would like to upload somewhere so the most people can use it. The mod is far from complete but since I have no desire to finish the concept on the current platform. Complete source, some explaination as to how it all works and why it works that way, the map .rmf file, and a proper readme for a defunct project. Although much of it is *very* specific to the 3D Smash TV meets Contra concept I'm sure there is plenty of good code and level bits that can be used by someone here. Add to the collective information so to speak. Let me know. Thanks.
