I preferz0r 3.1, but I haven't really used 3.0 at all. Unless 3.0 has an undo command, I wouldn't bother. I prefer the MDO format muchly to spamming extra data at the end of an MDL. 3.1 does have a few annoying bugs (mainly it starts telling you stuff failed every once and a while, and to get rid of the messages you have to either save, reopen, hit model properties and close, or restart the program...). Also when you miss pressing a button on the toolbar all the toolbars fly away... very annoying. And of course it starts up with that extra toolbar that's graphically full of garbage.

I'm actually not that sure what features 3.0 supported (and what was added in 3.1).

They're almost entirely different programs. And sadly no, no undo command.

Things you may not know about QMe no. 1:
It has a partial undo.

Sadly it only undoes changes made to the skin, which is rarely helpful. I mean, who'd use QMe to skin things...

Well, if you do, just press ctrl-z and it'll undo the last changes to the skin.
