i scanned the web for references to IDS_CHV

and heres what it came to.

IDS_CHV "Card Holder Verification"
IDS_CHV_PROMPT "Enter you Personnal Identification Number"

seems to be for supporting encrypting using SSL.

the package needed (includes misscrypt.h) can be downloaded here ->

might also need some libraries from the above package so be sure to add them to libs.
