mods:
1) Threewave CTF
2) Prydon Gate
3) FrikBot (not only fun, but I learned A LOT about QuakeC reading FrikaC code)
4) Zerstörer
5) Total Destruction (a old server side mod that used to be very common here in Brazil)
maps:
1) Marcher Fortress, hands down
2) Both single player maps from RMQ demos
Maybe later I'll add more maps.

I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC

I guess there are two pretty significant ambiguities in this poll: first, whether a map/episode with custom code is a "mod" or "map", and second, whether we are looking for single player, multiplayer, or both in each category.
Regarding the second question, who is the audience for this? Is it people who want to download a pack of 17 SP maps and 4-5 DM maps?

I was going to make one huge pack with all combined, a mod pack, and a map pack. Might have to make others as well.

Technically, a SP map that comes with / is part of a mod, still contains level design as required for any SP map. Hence, it is, unsurprisingly, a map and can be compared to other SP maps using the typical criteria of level design. As long as the mod's general gameplay is in the same ballpark as Quake, ie killing monsters while progressing through a relatively typical SP map (ie, Quake Rally is not the same ballpark), the gameplay of that map can also be compared to other SP maps.
Hence, that map is an SP map like all others (and Marcher Fortress can be technically compared to e1m6rq or Stormbringer or any Quoth map).
At the same time, the QC / modelling / animating etc. behind it are a mod. Thus it makes sense to allow grouping something like an RMQ demo in both categories - RMQ is a mod, but e1m6rq for example is definitely a singleplayer map.
Hence when someone says RMQ, they probably mean the mod. When they say "Doors of Delusion" or "the maps from RMQ" they mean the map/s.
That's how I see it.
If one mention as a mod and one mention of the maps counts as "two mentions" is up to the OP.
Hey, I used my one post.

Yeah I don't get why under map people keep listing "Zerstorer", when that was a mod. Maybe a specific map from that mod would be more appropriate?
