I have them, but Spike really has them. Spike posts here and there is a 86% chance you will get them from the horse's mouth.

yeah, I went crazy with the tanks, they weren't meant to be narly that common.
There's no storyline, no quests, no nothing. Just lots of cars driving around that can be stolen.
There's atmosphere in that whenever a traffic jam builds up, grunts get out of their cars and start shooting at the car that's blocking them. But that's more a way to avoid traffic jams than anything else. Helps with the atmosphere I guess.

You can play deathmatch with it. If two people get in the same tank, one drives, one shoots.

Personally I don't have a copy of it any more, at least not in this country. And I think the version I do have somewhere is super insanely buggy, and I can't even check that.

Mexicouger, its just top down, doesn't use any engine extensions.
