If you see it now, the domain has been renewed and DNS has propagated to your server.

The same will happen in 2 years.

Same here. It is really bad that this highly important site is controlled by a monster_corporate.

one that doesn't even acknowledge we're here... or care when we have a "domain slip" or we can't even access our own site.

how about get a new domain, inside-3d.com or inside3d.net or anything similar, and just move there now, with this domain being a "redirect" page for as long as it lasts?

^^^ What metlslime said

I even dare to say I'd fork a couple bucks to help pay for the domain if it's the case. :P
I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC :) (LordHavoc)

I would pitch in as well... there is too much info and knowledge here to let "slip" away.

actually, yes, i'm not much of a coder, but I find this site to be EXTREMELY helpful, so I might be interested in pitching in as well ;)
A truly rewarding experience for an AI coder: watching your ai navigate the map... makes all the time invested in the code worth it :)

I think we're fine for now guys. Inside3D really hasn't "gone anywhere" since 1997, no need for panic as this thread is already out of date since the domain slip has been solved.
